Prior authorization is required for certain services. Please refer to the links
below for specific details on which services require prior authorizations, or you
may call Member Services at (805) 981-5050. If prior authorization is required,
your Primary Care Physician (PCP) and/or Specialist will submit the request to VCHCP.
